These terms govern your use of SEO Desk, the marketing site at seodesk.ai and the SEO Desk application. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
SEO Desk provides search visibility, content and lead generation services built around your business. Some parts run automatically; strategy and review involve our team. We will perform the service with reasonable skill and care. Search rankings and AI-assistant citations are determined by third parties, no specific ranking, citation or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must have the authority to connect any data sources you connect and to publish to any website you ask us to work on.
Your content and data
Everything published under your engagement, and every lead captured on your site, belongs to you. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Billing and term
Paid plans run on a monthly subscription with an initial three-month minimum, search does not move in 30 days and we say so upfront. After the minimum you may cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to harm third parties, or to attempt to compromise the service or other users’ data.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to the email on your account. Continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of it.
